In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pak55" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at pak55.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and affiliated services.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the corporate entity operating pak55 under its international gaming licence.
• "You," "User," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pak55 platform.
• "Account" means a personal account created by a User on pak55, identified by a unique username and associated credentials.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's pak55 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by pak55's licensing obligations before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, jackpot titles, and other gaming content accessible on the pak55 platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of pak55 through which Users may place real-money wagers on sporting events including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other competitions.

By accessing the pak55 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the pak55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak55 governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

To use pak55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This minimum age applies regardless of any lower legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your location of residence and access.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from pak55 or subject to any active account restriction or suspension.
• You must have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your Account's existence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of pak55 or any of its affiliated companies or licensed gaming providers.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pak55. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the reason, including to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited.

4.2  Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. pak55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

4.3  KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal from your Account, pak55 is required under its licensing obligations to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as CNIC, passport, or driving licence) confirming your identity and date of birth;
• Proof of your registered residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and
• Proof of your payment method (where required under AML policy).

4.4  Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is completed. pak55 reserves the right to close Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4.5  Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your pak55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not already completed.

5.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak55 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2  All activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified pak55 of unauthorised access prior to such activity occurring. pak55 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

5.3  If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify pak55 immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. pak55 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation at its sole discretion.

6.1  Accepted Methods. pak55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Additional methods may be available and will be displayed on the deposit screen of your Account.

6.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 (Pakistani Rupees three hundred). pak55 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.

6.3  Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited. Use of payment methods belonging to another person constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6.4  No Money Laundering. You warrant that all funds deposited to your pak55 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of any criminal activity. pak55 operates AML monitoring in accordance with its licensing requirements and is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.

6.5  Currency. All transactions on pak55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are not the responsibility of pak55.

7.1  KYC Pre-Condition. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 4. pak55 will not process any withdrawal from an Account where KYC has not been successfully completed.

7.2  Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, as required by AML compliance obligations. Where the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, pak55 may request an alternative verified payment method in the Account holder's own name.

7.3  Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.4  Processing Times. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified standard accounts
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals: 1–3 business days
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members: priority processing typically under 5 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals

7.5  Right to Withhold. pak55 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing bonus wagering requirement; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) required by any applicable law or regulatory obligation.

8.1  pak55 offers various promotions to eligible registered users, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, tournament prizes, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer.

8.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. The current standard wagering requirement for the pak55 welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount.

8.3  Game Contributions. Different game types contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.

8.4  Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account automatically without notice.

8.5  Abuse and Misuse. pak55 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following are classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using Accounts registered by third parties to receive bonuses
• Placing wagers designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine play intent (e.g., arbitrage betting, low-variance wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonuses)
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion

8.6  pak55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.

9.1  All Games on pak55 are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

9.2  pak55's casino Games are powered by software from licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. All game outcomes in RNG-based titles are determined by certified Random Number Generators independently audited for fairness.

9.3  Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software defect that produces an incorrect game outcome, pak55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's Account. Malfunctions of any kind void all pays and plays for the affected round. pak55 will not be liable for any additional claimed winnings arising from a malfunctioning game.

9.4  Sportsbook. Sports betting on the pak55 sportsbook is subject to additional sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity in a sporting event result, pak55's determination shall be final and binding.

9.5  pak55 reserves the right to restrict access to specific Games for players in certain jurisdictions or under certain Account conditions, as may be required by its licensing obligations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak55 platform. Violation of any of the below provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering or operating more than one Account
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or technical vulnerability in the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process illicit funds
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or as part of any commercial gaming arrangement without explicit written agreement from pak55
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pak55 staff or other platform users
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the pak55 platform without express written authorisation

pak55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligation to support responsible gaming seriously — as a licensing requirement and as an ethical commitment.

11.1  Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pak55 users via their Account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting you to the duration of your gaming session
• Reality checks — periodic pop-up displays showing your net session profit/loss
• Loss limits — caps on the maximum net loss permitted per defined period
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions from 24 hours up to six weeks
• Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited exclusion from the pak55 platform

11.2  Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected] or via Live Chat. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, pak55 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will suppress all promotional communications to that player.

12.1  All content available on the pak55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trademarks, and the pak55 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak55 and/or its licensed game studio partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2  You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the pak55 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pak55 platform without express prior written authorisation.

12.3  Any unauthorised use of pak55 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

13.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pak55 platform.

13.2  pak55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. pak55 will take reasonable steps to minimise such interruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability.

13.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak55's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

14.1  pak55 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice where operationally practicable.

14.2  Your continued use of the pak55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

14.3  The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always published at pak55.bio/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" and "Version" shown at the top of this document indicate the current revision in force.

15.1  These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak55 holds its international gaming licence.

15.2  Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and pak55, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently at this stage. pak55 commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days.

15.3  Dispute Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose jurisdiction pak55 holds its licence.
